Changing the carpet I have been i my apartment for one month and in the first week i had my landlord get someone to clean my carpet baceuse of pet odor and stain and he did. with in the last few weeks it has got bad the whole bottom floor smells i think the carpet needs to be changed. i gave a security and pet deposit and by the way the carpet looks. i don't think the last tenant got anything back can i do something about this. |

It sound like your landlord is working with on this matter, I would start by talking with him. He may be able to get his money back from the carpet cleaner and use towards a new carpet or the cleaner may come back and do it again. But talk to him ASAP and document everything in case problems get worst. Godspeed!
