House was not cleaned of dog urine and still not cleaned after move in. Live in Oregon now We did everything to keep up with agreed documents as a renter. The home owner moved out and manage company has taken responsibilities of any issues. The issue still is fence broken and dog stinks of urine from two dogs they had. Then we had carpet cleaning company come out and said they would get back with us. Never got back with us, we do not own, we are not manage company, we are the renters with still a on going dispute. Now what do we do? Lawyer? don't want just want house cleaned properly. Please Respond! Thanks! |

You will probably have to get management co to replace the carpet and padding and treat what ever sub floor is under it with an enzyme based cleaner rug dr. has one ===when a carpet cleaner cleans carpet it only cleans the surface of carpet if the ainamals constantly peed on the carpet it is soaked right through to the pad and subfloor the management co and the owner arent going to want to do that [ this is how apartments have to be cleaned with pet problems===the place is not habital with the smell and as far as i am concerned they broke the lease i would find another place to move and file on them in small claims court and get my money back plus expenses for the move
