Well you can't really get rid of the water and expect to find your book in a brand new type of state
You can turn each page carefully and dab it sofly with a tea towel or any type of towel ( don't rub or else it will tear)
Or you could possibly place it In front of a warm or heated area for a couple of minutes

I did this once the book got wet because my son spilled water on it ....it was an old book. because i was in the kitchen i grab some flour and put some over the book i let it dry for like 15 mints or so and then just shake it to get rid of the flour and that's it

Unfortunately there is no way to reverse water damage. To mitigate the damage straighten the pages as it dries. Otherwise there isn't anything you can do short of buying yourself a new copy.

Unfortunately, water damage on a book cannot be gotten rid of. In addition to staining that may occur from the water, pages damaged by water will have a wrinkled or wavy look effect, which is not only unsightly, but is also unrepairable.

Unfortunately, you can try to save it so it is still readable but it won't be like new again. The best I was able to do for a book I had spilled water on, was to place pieces of wax paper between the wet pages and lay the book open in a dry area and turn a small group of pages every several hours until the book was completely dry. Keeping the wax paper between the pages, place a very heavy book on top of the book that has the damage and leave for several days up to a week to flatten out the pages that are damaged. Then you can pull the wax paper and discard. This did prevent the pages from sticking together and I was able to read and enjoy the book.
