How long does an owner have to send you an itemized statement for your deposit to be returned after you move out I moved out of the property in question om march 27 2010 I did not receive an itemized statement on why I am not getting my security deposit back until june 4 2010,and they are charging me for carpet cleaning locks being fixed. I took pictures before I moved out I am a very clean person dont even wear shoes in my house. I was told that due to the fact that I did not receive anything within 21 days that it doesnt matter I already won when I take him to court is this true? |

A water pipe broke in the roof resulting in 30 days of water damage restoration. demolition of interior walls and floors have layers of dust on all my furniture, floors, fixtures, inside cabinets. is clean up after the restoration part of the job scope or am i stuck with footing the bill myself?
